The primary purpose of the Tallahassee Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral Service is to help the public find a qualified attorney. Call the service to receive the referral for a qualified attorney.
In exchange for paying a $25.00 consultation fee, you will be referred to a local attorney experienced in handling your type of case. The attorneys in the program have agreed to provide a half-hour consultation for no additional charge.
During the consultation, you can discuss your legal issue with the attorney and decide if you want to retain the attorney to help you with the problem. If the first attorney is not a good match, the lawyer referral service can provide you with up to two additional referrals.
The lawyer referral service managed by the Tallahassee Bar Association serves residents in Gadsen County, Leon County, Jefferson County, Wakulla County, Liberty County, and Franklin County.
The attorneys that participate in the Legal Referral Service cover a variety of practice areas including will/probate, estate planning, personal injury, medical malpractice, real property law, labor/employment law, family law, criminal law, consumer law, constitutional law, business law, and administrative law.
