The Texas Bar College recognizes Texas lawyers who attend at least double the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) required by the State Bar of Texas. The Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) is the largest single-state certification program for lawyers in the United States. TBLS also has the greatest percentage of board-certified specialists in the United States. Texas Bar's Roster of Bar Associations - Visit the website of the Texas Bar to find a roster of more than 100 bar associations. Each of the bar associations are encouraged to self-report information about their organization to the State Bar of Texas via email to atlocalbars@texasbar.com. By self-reporting, the Texas Bar is able to maintain an updated roster with the contact information for each legal organization.
