2023-24 Officers and Newly-Elected and Re-Elected Members of the NACDL Board of Directors Installed at Annual Meeting

Washington, DC (Aug. 7, 2023) – NACDL installed newly-elected officers and directors at its Annual Board and Membership Meeting on August 5.

NACDL's newly-elected officers and directors:

Executive Committee

President: Michael P. Heiskell (Fort Worth, TX)
President-Elect: Christopher A. Wellborn (Rock Hill, SC)
First Vice President:Andrew S. Birrell (Minneapolis, MN)
Second Vice President:C. Melissa "Missy" Owen (Charlotte, NC)
Secretary:Stephen Ross Johnson (Knoxville, TN)

In addition, Alice Fontier (New York, NY) will serve as Parliamentarian.
