Mission and History

The mission of the Alameda-Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association (ACCTLA) is to promote justice and fairness within the civil justice system, protect the constitutional right to trial by jury, and support the legal profession through education, advocacy, and professional development. ACCTLA is dedicated to empowering trial attorneys who represent plaintiffs in civil litigation, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to provide effective representation for individuals seeking justice. The ACCTLA includes many of the top personal injury attorneys in Oakland, Alameda, Contra Costa and surrounding areas of Northern California.
